Our philosophy centers around “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. Our role is to look at the individual business challenge and assess if the solution can be found through enhancing an existing system or process as a result of re-engineering or by developing bolt-on products, as opposed to discarding the original.
We appreciate that our clients’ processes and systems were originally implemented to address specific business needs and at iSky, we look to provide assistance with identifying if those systems are still relevant to meet today’s ever increasing corporate challenges.
