Windows Applications

At iOrange, we offer a substantial range of specialist windows applications:

Call Centre – We developed a windows based call centre application to enable to speedy logging of customer data and assignment of service agents.  This system is fully integrated with a Voice Over IP telephone system as well as the agent management system.  The system also communicates key data back to the ERP systems.
Sales Force Management – We developed a Sales Force tool that fully integrates with MS Exchange server to enable Sales managers to schedule sales calls as well as client follow-ups and have easy access to information regarding the Sales Agents’ performance.
